AALL & Create Privacy & Security Policy

AALL & Create is committed to protecting your personal information. The most current version of this policy will always be posted on our website with any significant changes noted prominently.

Collection of Personal Information

We gather personal information about you when you ask us to do something for you through our website. We need to gather your personal information for our records and in order to complete the registration process. If you sign up for SMS or email newsletter, we need to store your phone and email information.

How We Use Your Personal Information:

We only use the personal information that we gather for purposes that you have agreed to, and we do not sell or provide it to any third parties. We might share your personal information if we are required to by law, to protect the interests of AALL & Create, or provide a service you have requested. Our web partners' use of your information is restricted to delivering the services that you have requested.

Shipping and Returns:

For UK orders, we offer tracked or tracked express delivery. Please select the option that you require when placing your order.

For international orders, we offer delivery either by standard mail or with tracking. We recommend tracking is used for orders outside Europe or for any large order. If an order does not arrive (allowing for local delays in postal systems) we will provide proof of postage for orders sent by standard mail, or if an order is sent with tracking we will follow up with the courier and if the order cannot be located we will provide a refund or replacement.

Please send returns to the address below, including your order number, stating the reason for the return.

Please note that shipping times quoted are average shipping times after dispatch and not the total time within which orders will be received. We aim to get orders dispatched the same day but we are a small business and so may take longer to dispatch during busy periods. Delivery times are also subject to delays in local postal services. (See International incidents update (royalmail.com) for details of current delays.)

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for any reason.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:

In most circumstances, it's not possible to make changes to an order.

If you wish to add additional products to your order, please place a new order for these items and let us know that you have done so. Where possible, we will combine the orders and refund the shipping difference if the first order hasn't shipped.

To change details of your delivery address, remove items or cancel it completely, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

Once a dispatch notification has been sent, we will not be able to make any alterations to the order such as changing the delivery address or adding additional items.

In case of unwanted items, UK orders have 14 days to return items, International orders have 28 days to return items. All items returned must be unopened and unused. Return postage is not included in orders. In the case of faulty products please contact us to organise a returns label.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we have received your return.

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method.

All online orders paid for via Paypal cannot be refunded in-store.

All digital products (including online classes and workshops) are non-refundable.

Angel Policy and Copyright information

Our physical polymer stamps, their digital counterparts, and our range of stencils, cutting dies, washi tapes and other products are sold on the understanding that their use is limited to creating papercraft and other projects for personal use and/or for giving as gifts.

However, AA Arts Ltd (and its brand name AALL & Create) is happy for its customers to create and sell cards and personal craftwork items that incorporate our copyrighted products, designs, and images, subject to the following conditions.

Such items must be personally hand-crafted and individually made by yourself (i.e. not mass produced) and may not be reproduced or copied by any electronic or mechanical means – including digital reproduction and photocopying.

Such items must not be sold for large-scale commercial gain without first obtaining a licence from AA Arts Ltd. A licence is not normally required to sell very small quantities of cards, craft projects etc, at events such as craft fairs.

Such items offered for sale must include a notice stating: “Hand-made by [your name] using artwork © AA Arts Ltd (AALL & Create) www.aallandcreate.com”.

Such finished products must not in any way imply they are endorsed by or are affiliated with, AA Arts Ltd (AALL & Create).

No mass-production, out-sourced production, or syndication of craftwork for sale is permitted.

You may not use AALL & Create artwork, designs, or images for the purpose of creating company logos, trademarks, or trade names.

You may not publish or otherwise display the actual digital or cutting file image on any website or social networking site in such a way it can be copied or downloaded.

You may not share these files with anyone else, nor store them on any file-sharing websites servers, including but not limited to “4shared” and “YouSendit”.

Other than the resizing of digital and cutting files, we do not allow any of our images or designs to be changed or altered in any way.

Any finished products you create must not be used in a manner which may be considered harmful, or malign, abuse or bring AALL & Create into disrepute.

The members of the AALL & Create design team (past and present) have asserted their rights to be identified as the Artists of this work in accordance with the Copy, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice and the latest dated amendments, as posted on our website at the time of purchase, will apply.
