13@rts is a Polish manufacturer of mixed media art products and original designs of scrapbooking paper, stencils and a variety of decorative embellishments. They are responsible for introducing new products and techniques into mixed media art. They are made in France in an artisanal style and are all designed by the company’s creative director Valérie alias “Sécotine”, with the exception of a few special guest collections.
