1. Order Acceptance and Right to Cancel

1.1 Order Acceptance Policy

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by AA Arts Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or limit your order for reasons including product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of our terms and conditions.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send a shipment confirmation email. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued according to our Refund Policy.

1.2 Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors in descriptions, images, or pricing may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such errors, including cancelling orders.

1.3 Right to Cancel

We may cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment. If cancelled, you will be notified and refunded if payment was processed.

1.4 Fraud Prevention

We may require additional verification for security purposes. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in cancellation and reporting to authorities.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by order cancellation or refusal, except where directly caused by our negligence or misconduct.

1.6 Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes. These are not included in product or shipping prices. AA Arts Limited is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

2. Angel Policy

Our products, including polymer stamps, digital products, stencils, cutting dies, and washi tapes, are sold under the following conditions:

  • Products are for personal crafting or gifting purposes.
  • Handmade items incorporating our products may be sold if rules are followed:
  • Items must be individually handmade (not mass-produced).
  • No electronic or mechanical reproduction.
  • Items must display:
    “Hand-made by [Your Name] using artwork © AA Arts Ltd (AALL & Create) www.aallandcreate.com.”
  • No implied endorsement or affiliation with AA Arts Ltd.

Restrictions:

  • No mass production, outsourcing, or syndication.
  • No use in logos, trademarks, or trade names.
  • No sharing or storing digital files on public servers.
  • Digital files may be resized but not otherwise altered.
  • Finished products must not damage AALL & Create’s reputation.

3. Promotional Terms and Conditions

3.1 6 for 5 Promotion

Offer: Buy 6 qualifying items, pay for 5.

Valid: 28th December 2024 – 31st August 2025.

How to Redeem: Add 6 eligible items to the cart; discount applies automatically.

Exclusions: Applies only to items in the “6 for 5” category.

Modifications: AA Arts Limited may amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

3.2 Black Friday Event – 2025

Promotion Period:
Valid from 21st November 2025 at 00:00 (UK time) offer extended until 7th December 2025 at 25:59 (UK time). Orders must be completed within this window to qualify.

Eligibility:

  • Discount offers apply only to AALL & Create branded products.
  • The following are excluded:
  • New Products
  • Items listed in the New Products section of the website
  • All other-branded products
  • Offer is not available to customers in the United States (USA).

Exclusions & Limitations:

  • Discount values may vary.
  • Not combinable with other offers unless stated.
  • Not applicable to previous purchases.
  • Shipping charges are excluded from discount calculations unless otherwise specified.

Right to Amend or Withdraw:
AA Arts Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or remove this promotion at any time without notice.

General:
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all AA Arts Limited policies.

3.3 New Year Sale – January 2026

Promotion Period:
Valid from 1st January 2026 at 00:00 (UK time) until 30th January 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).

Offer:
Selected offers and discounts will be available on qualifying products during the promotion period.

Availability of Offers:

  • Offers and discounted products may be added, amended, or removed at any time during the promotion period.
  • Not all products will be included in the New Year Sale.
  • Discount levels may vary by product and over time.

Exclusions & Limitations:

  • Offers are subject to stock availability.
  • Discounts are not applicable to previous purchases.
  • Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.
  • Shipping costs are excluded from discounts unless explicitly stated.

Right to Amend or Withdraw:
AA Arts Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the New Year Sale, or any individual offer within it, at any time without notice.

General:
Participation in the New Year Sale constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all AA Arts Limited website policies.

3.4 Loyalty Rewards Scheme

3.4.1 Overview

AA Arts Limited operates a Loyalty Rewards scheme (the “Scheme”) which allows registered customers to earn loyalty points for completing certain qualifying actions. These actions may include, but are not limited to, placing orders on our website and engaging with AA Arts Limited on social media platforms.

3.4.2 Launch Date and Eligibility

The Scheme launched on 1st February 2026. Loyalty points can only be earned for qualifying actions completed on or after this launch date. No points will be awarded retrospectively for orders placed or actions taken before the Scheme launch.

Participation in the Scheme is optional and available only to customers with an active account on our website.

3.4.3 Earning Points

The number of points awarded for qualifying actions, and the actions that qualify, will be determined by AA Arts Limited from time to time and may vary. Points will only be credited once the relevant action has been successfully completed and verified.

We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or remove points where we reasonably believe that points have been earned in error, through misuse, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.4.4 Redeeming Points

Accumulated loyalty points may be redeemed for discounts, promotions, or other rewards as made available by AA Arts Limited from time to time. Redemption options, point values, and availability are subject to change and may be subject to additional conditions.

Loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit outside of the Scheme.

3.4.5 Exclusions and Limitations

Unless expressly stated, loyalty points cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers. Points may not be earned or redeemed in conjunction with certain promotions, sale items, or excluded products.

3.4.6 Changes, Suspension, or Termination

AA Arts Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Rewards Scheme (in whole or in part), including the earning and redemption of points, at any time and without notice.

In the event of suspension or termination of the Scheme, unused loyalty points may be forfeited without compensation.

3.4.7 General

Participation in the Loyalty Rewards Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and all AA Arts Limited website policies. Any suspected abuse of the Scheme may result in account suspension, point forfeiture, or exclusion from future participation.

3.5 Valentine’s Offer – February 2026

Promotion Period:
Valid from 13th February 2026 until 16th February 2026 at 23:59 (UK time). Orders must be completed within this window to qualify.

Offer:
14% off orders over £69.

Eligibility:

  • Discount applies to qualifying orders placed on aallandcreate.com during the promotion period.

Exclusions & Limitations:

  • New AALL & Create February 2026 items are excluded from this offer.

These terms are governed by UK law. We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By completing a transaction or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
