YOU DID IT!!!
It's been wonderful travelling with you on a journey around the world crammed full of creative endeavours!
Over the course of the last six weeks, you have proven time after time that your love for art and crafts knows no borders and that you are ready to take on any creative challenge.
It’s been 45 days of sharing new ideas, discovering new techniques and swooning over each other’s marvellous creations! We have truly loved every single piece of artwork; there has been such a diversity with each one different from the next, but all full of feeling, imbued with love and positive energy.
All your beautiful work made us forget about the trials and tribulations of everyday life and put the broadest of smiles on our faces – and we still haven’t stopped smiling!
We have had literally over a THOUSAND of pieces of artwork posted on the AALL & Create Fanatics group and our email inbox has been inundated every day with dozens of entries. Now the final deadline has passed and you can all put your feet up and relax while we start to get busy over the next couple of weeks deliberating over all the fabulous entries, voting and whittling down to the winners for each category and the judges’ special awards for individual outstanding entries. We can’t wait to see who the winners will be of ITAC’17!
You have made ITAC’17 a truly superb event and you have inspired the AALL & Create team to step up to the mark and do all we can to keep on supporting you and bringing you the best projects and ideas from the best and most exciting artists to keep you enthused and above all to keep you creating!

I see hundreds of projects every day in my line of work, but the ones created for ITAC literally took my breath away. The styles, colours, textures, and mediums were so varied, representing each individual perfectly. This is one of the most beautiful contests/challenges I've participated in literally and figuratively. I love how people from all over the world were brought together because of a simple love for artistic expression. Let's continue to celebrate our similarities and our differences. That's what makes the world go round!

I feel so honoured to have been asked to contribute to this year’s ITAC. Humbled too by the talented artists I shared the challenge with. Thank you to Autour de Mwa and co. who have put so much work, especially behind the scenes, into the whole project and making it fun and inspiring.
As I now look back at the art produced, not only by my teammates but by the artists who entered their pieces into the challenge, I am indeed in awe of the talent and ideas that have sprung forth.
My piece for the final challenge was a very different experience as I made it when, for the first time in over a decade, I had no art studio and just a handful of materials to hand. I was moving my art space and the deadline fell right in the middle of the chaos.
I pulled out a page in my journal and worked completely on the hoof. It was a liberating and exciting way to produce art. Something I can now bring to my future pieces, now that I am successfully installed in my new room, surrounded by my precious art supplies again.

I have really enjoyed the ITAC experience, bringing together like-minded individuals from all over the world has been a delight to be a part of. The challenges really gave me the opportunity to think outside the box and the freedom to just create with any products of my choice.
The entrants have blown me away, the diversity has been absolutely fantastic. Everyone has really taken on board having fun and just creating and enjoying the process. All the entrants have really bought fantastic designs to the table, along with some wonderful stories behind their art and picking winners is going to be a difficult task.
I would like to thank everyone for making this such a wonderful fun experience.

I would like to thank Autour de Mwa for allowing me to participate in such a wonderful and inspiring event. I've enjoyed seeing the amazing projects and how each challenge inspired you to create. Please do not stop creating and connecting with your fellow artist and friends. The world is but a small blue ball and we are all connected in one way or another. That is what makes every day a blessing.

It was such a pleasure to be part of this tournament and to have the opportunity to view such a wide variety of artistic creations from all the participants. I loved seeing all the unique interpretations of each location and was especially excited by the submissions for the Grand Final, all of which channelled harmony and unity in such a special way. It is certainly going to be a big challenge to choose among the entries and select my favourites. Thanks to all the participants for making my job as a judge so hard!

It has been an incredible journey jam-packed with inspiration and TOGETHERNESS. It was such a unique opportunity, and it makes me so happy that it was so well received. When we started out on this venture I was amazed by the wonderful diversity of the team that had been gathered together to coordinate ITAC'17 - creative people from around the whole world, brought together by AALL & Create.
Taking part has allowed to discover some amazing people and to get an insight into their creative worlds. I am so happy to have been able to be a part of these last few months of bursting creative activity.
Each week I took enormous pleasure in showing you my interpretation of each challenge and I couldn't wait to see my colleagues' tutorials. Then the time came to discover all of the fabulous entries created by our participants. We were sent hundreds of artworks, all of them stunningly beautiful, luminous, energetic, profound and original.
Now that the tournament is over we are left with the hardest of tasks: deciding how to place all the entries in the judging! But believe me, each and every creation deserves the first prize in my eyes!

What an awesome journey the ITAC has been these past few weeks. I have learned so much from each of you and am so grateful to be a part of this amazing artistic community.
