Day 7 Inspirations
Dear AALL & Create Followers
I hope you are all staying safe and finding plenty of moment of happiness in your days.
Many of our followers in the UK will have taken part in the applause on the streets for the NHS workers and other essential workers at this time. A couple of years ago we celebrated the NHS's 70th anniversary and to mark that event the UK's Culture, Health & Wellbeing Alliance launched a project called Seventy Stories. They collected people's own stories which represent personal experiences of the impact of creativity, culture and the arts on their own health and wellbeing.
Many of us in this community have our own stories to tell about how our hobby has helped us and the project is still ongoing and invites people to send in their own stories to info@culturehealthandwellbeing.org.uk or to just read and enjoy other people's stories at https://www.culturehealthandwellbeing.org.uk/news/70-stories
Wherever you are, there's a wealth of interesting tales of how creativity helps to boost our wellbeing, indeed for many of us it can become a real lifeline, especially at the moment when we aren't able to enjoy some of the other aspects of our lives that we normally take for granted.
We are so excited to have a brand new ODS - One Day Special 6th & 7th April (next Monday and Tuesday) and we are even more delighted to have Leonie Pujol guesting for us for that One Day Special (ODS) on Hochanda TV.
We can't wait to see this happening, as it will be a real treat and Leonie is always such a pleasure to watch. We know how much she loves AALL & Create products and her enthusiasm really rubs off!

DAILY INSPIRATION
Today we are inspiring you with some fabulous creations from the hands of Janet Pring
TAKE ON A TUTORIAL
Simona Rebecchi's heart-shaped project has three distinct layers with muted shades of green on the background, the intricate detail of the floral stamp in black and white and then one element picked out in bright poppy red. This directs our focus to that one bloom.
Goodies used are stamps #265 'Blooming Poppies' and #280 'Enumerated' with stencil #47 'Circle of Life' all designed by Olga Heldwein.
The stamp set used in this sample will be featured in our One Day Special Event at Hochanda Monday & Tuesday 6th & 7th April alongside other products from Olgas' new range. We hope you will join us at 6pm & 9pm on Monday and 8am, 12pm & 4pm on Tuesday.
